These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and hj77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, products and features available at hj77.io, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotional offers, loyalty programmes and financial transaction services.

hj77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Providing false registration information is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your hj77 account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have notified hj77 of suspected unauthorised access promptly upon becoming aware of it. hj77 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

You must notify hj77 immediately by contacting [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, that your password has been compromised, or that you have identified any suspicious or fraudulent activity associated with your account.

• You must keep your personal details — including your email address, mobile number and residential address — up to date at all times through your account settings.
• You must not use any automated tool, bot, script, browser extension or software to interact with the hj77 platform in any automated or semi-automated manner.
• You must not allow any other person to use your account, including family members, friends, or any third party acting on your behalf.
• You must not use a VPN, proxy server or any other technology to disguise your real location or bypass geographic restrictions applied by hj77.

hj77 may, at its sole discretion, require players to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the registration or withdrawal process. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities until verification is satisfactorily completed.

hj77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following supported payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer to selected Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank.

Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) prior to first processing. hj77 targets a processing time of 30 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. hj77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that was used to make a prior deposit, or to a verified account owned by the registered player.

The following general bonus terms apply to all hj77 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified for each individual promotion.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period from the date of crediting. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly permit stacking. Claiming a new bonus before completing the wagering requirements of an existing active bonus may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• hj77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled after it has been claimed by a player, any real-money funds in the player's account that are unrelated to the bonus will not be affected.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the hj77 platform:

• All bets and wagers placed on the hj77 platform are final once confirmed. hj77 does not permit the cancellation of confirmed bets except in cases of a demonstrable technical error on the part of the platform.
• In the event of a technical failure, system outage or connectivity interruption during a gaming session, hj77 will attempt to restore the session to its last confirmed state. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to the player's account.
• hj77 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed at odds or stakes resulting from a manifest error (including pricing errors, data feed errors or system malfunctions). In such cases, the stake will be refunded.
• Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with official results as confirmed by the relevant sports governing body. For cricket markets, official results are those declared by the ICC, BCB or the relevant tournament authority.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hj77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, voiding of all pending withdrawals and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Money laundering: Using the hj77 platform for the purpose of laundering funds derived from illegal activity, or structuring deposits and withdrawals in a manner designed to obscure the origin of funds.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Making fraudulent payment claims, initiating unauthorised chargebacks with a payment provider, or using stolen or unauthorised payment instruments to fund an hj77 account.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live casino or multiplayer game format available at hj77.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hj77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer any ownership rights in any hj77 content or intellectual property.

• You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or modify any hj77 content without express prior written authorisation from hj77.
• You must not use the hj77 brand name, logo or trademarks in any manner that could imply endorsement, affiliation or partnership with hj77 without express prior written consent.
• You must not frame, mirror, scrape or data-mine any portion of the hj77 website or platform for any purpose without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of hj77 intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

hj77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The hj77 platform and all content therein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

hj77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event that:

• The player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy published by hj77.
• hj77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, collusive or otherwise unlawful activity associated with the account.
• The player's account has been identified as a duplicate of an existing registered account.
• hj77 is required to suspend or close the account by law, regulation or instruction from a competent authority.
• The player's account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more, subject to prior notification to the email address registered on the account.

Upon permanent account closure for breach of these Terms, hj77 reserves the right to forfeit all remaining account balances, void all pending withdrawal requests and cancel all active bonuses. Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to the player's breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the original payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting hj77 support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding wagering requirements apply to the balance.
